Payment Policy

All payments are due at the time of registration agreement. Tuition payments may be made by VISA, MasterCard and AMEX cards through the Art Schools payment system.

For all Courses

To qualify for a 100% minus $20 processing fee written notice must be received 5 days prior to the course start date.

To qualify for a 80% minus $20 processing fee written notice must be received prior to the end of the second course meeting.  

No refunds after the second session

Refunds will be given in the original form of payment and within 3-5 days after receiving notice.

Cancelled Courses + Change of Instructor

Art School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course or to change the instructor. In the case of a course cancellation or change of instructor, students are entitled to a full refund of tuition.

Materials List

Corporate Classes:

Materials lists are ordered two weeks prior to the first day of class. No refunds on materials will be given after the order has been placed. Materials that are purchased are for the students to keep after the course has ended.

All Other Classes:

Students are responsible for purchasing their own materials. Materials lists vary by class: your instructor will share a list with you prior to the start of class, and also offer suggestions for where to purchase your materials.

How do I register for a class? 

Corporate Courses- Please contact Art School here regarding registration here. 

Teaching School- Please register through our Eventbrite page here starting September 1, 2020. 

How much is tuition?

Corporate Courses: Please contact us. 

One-on-One tutoring is $100 an hour for a minimum of two hours a week per student. 

Teaching School is $530 for a 12-week session course.

Does tuition include materials? 

Corporate Courses:

Yes, there is a $75 materials fee included in the tuition price for all students. Materials are not included for One-on-One tutoring or Teaching School

All Other Courses:

No, students are responsible for their own materials.

Where can I find the materials list for my course?

Corporate Courses:

Materials will be mailed directly to students three weeks prior to the start of class to the address provided upon registration.

All Other Courses:

Your instructor will send you a list of required materials prior to the start of class.

Where do classes take place? 

Our classes are currently taking place online. A welcome email will be sent out two weeks prior to the start date that will include information about the first meeting date and link to the course Zoom meeting. Additionally, students will have access to a shared Google Drive folder that will include course readings, a discussion board, and gallery page where work in progress can be uploaded, viewed, and commented on.
